Salon Information

Salon policy

All new clients are required to complete a Client Questionnaire before their treatment.

Prior to treatment, all existing clients are required to inform their therapist of any changes to their health including medication.

To ensure all clients are safe and comfortable for their chosen treatment(s), all therapists will follow guidelines outlined by our salon brands treatment protocols, alongside their professional knowledge.

Opening hours

Monday: 9.30am – 6:00pm

Tuesday: 9.30am – 6:00pm

Wednesday: 9:30am – 7:00pm

Thursday: 9:30am – 8:00pm

Friday: 9:30am – 6:00pm

Saturday: 9:30am – 4:00pm

Sunday: 10:30am – 2:30pm

Salon etiquette

We ask that you arrive at the salon at least 5 minutes early for your appointment, so that you are relaxed and ready for your therapist at the appointed time.

Cancellations

We request at least 24 hours’ notice to be given if you are unable to make your appointment. Charges of 50% will be made for non-arrivals.

Late arrivals

We regret that if you arrive late for your appointment, this may decrease the time of your treatment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may have to treat your appointment as cancelled.

No – Show

If no notice is given or in the event of a no-show 100% of the appointment fee will be due.

Discounts

We offer discounts to NUS and NHS (upon receipt of valid ID proof), these discounts are not applied to all treatments (discounts exclude – Pulchra Products, Lash Lift (Yumi), Full Body Waxing, Medi-Pedi, Treat your feet and Micro-dermabrasion) which will be confirmed at time of booking.

We offer promotional offers throughout the year NUS and NHS discount cannot be applied these offers.

Courses of Treatments

Option of paying for courses of treatments in two instalments for your convenience offered.

Medical details

On your first visit to Pulchra Oxford, you will be asked to complete a client questionnaire. Please remember to keep us informed of any changes with your health/medication or special requirements. Please notify us upon booking if you are pregnant, so that we can advise on treatments.

Patch Tests

Some treatments require a Patch Test 24 – 48 hours prior to the proposed treatment. No patch test no treatment.

Allergens / Intolerances

All clients are responsible for notifying Pulchra Oxford and the therapist prior to the treatments.

Mobile phones

We ask you to switch your mobile phones to silent or vibrate, to be respectful to other clients in the salon.

Children

We understand at times it is necessary to bring your children to the salon; we endeavour to accommodate this, but we ask that you respect other clients.

Gift cards / E Gift Cards

The ‘Pulchra Oxford’ gift card is available for any amount. Gift cards can be purchased in salon and are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.

Loyalty points

We value our clients and their loyalty. We reward this by offering loyalty points with our treatments, Please ask for more details.

Personal belongings

We regret that we are unable to accept any responsibility for the loss of personal belongings in the salon
